These are uncommon circumstances, but we will discuss any fees involved with purchasing the photograph(s) with you before proceeding.

Yes. If you need to put a project on hold (typically for more than 30 days), please let us know for how long and why. We will remove your project from production and put it on hold.

Basic Standard and Premium costs are mentioned on our website. If you are looking for a more customized project, We will provide a detailed price for everything you require before we begin work on any project. This quote will detail design time estimates, design pricing, and printing costs. Before we begin, you will be able to approve and know the charges.

You will simply make one final payment for the vast majority of our projects. This is for the remaining balance on your project. This final payment is due when you approve your design(s) and before your files are printed or sent.
