Yes. We keep a backup of all files we have worked on so that if you need to reorder or start a new project, we can do so quickly.

An idea is the most important element in any design process. So, please don't expect us to offer designs for free. You can have a look at the gallery for an idea of the designs we can produce. You can request changes in the designs we make (the number of revisions varies from plan to plan). Additional revisions come at an extra fee.

Yes. We use existing online packaging models or own models to help you visualise the end product. If you require an exact product model, we offer 3D modeling for an additional fee.

Yes, we will be happy to help you redesign your Packaging. All you have to do is submit the existing files by clicking on the "Upload" button when purchasing the product, and we will help you get the best result.

You can request 1 to 7 revisions depending on the plan you select. Additional revisions can be purchased from the Kit extras.

You can pay any invoice through our secure online payment portal. You can also pay through Google Pay or any major credit card in some cases.

No, we don't use any templates. Our designers make everything from scratch. Only when we do this can we deliver unique products.

Yes, we have an extensive collection of professional photos, graphics, and artwork. You won't have to worry about extra stock art fees or constraints because it is included in the project price. If your requirement is so particular that we need to purchase a photograph, we will discuss any additional fees with you before proceeding.

Yes, we will send you all the designs in PDF CMYK format (best for printing), apart from other formats.

Labels, boxes, tubes, jars, or any product container is considered packaging.
